We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without refund.

By attending the Social Commerce Summit, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival.

Social Commerce Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for event registration, if any.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
